How to donate a device?
1) Contact us to determine if the device can be accepted by CReATE.
2) Deliver the device to CReATE.
3) Keep in mind that device donations are tax deductible.
Donation Requirements:
-- We will be looking at whether or not a device can be quickly refurbished and put back to good use.
-- We also will take into consideration whether or not a particular device is commonly requested by individuals with disabilities.
-- We will look to make sure a device does not contain hazardous waste or any materials that would be difficult to discard.
-- Our Technician will take into consideration storage space to see if we can house the donated device at the CReATE location.
If you have questions regarding a donation or what we currently possess as far as inventory goes, please feel free to contact Jose Iglesias, the CReATE Technician, at (801) 887-9398.
