Utah State office of Rehabilitation will be providing the meeting space, breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack each day. (Thanks Utah!)

Participants will be responsible for airfare, lodging, per diem for suppers and other ground transportation costs.

Additional Activities

To participate in additional activities, reserve your spot now! Utah Heritage Tour - Thursday September 25th After Hours: 5:30 dinner at The Garden Restaurant, Tour of Temple Square, view Tabernacle Choir practice at 8:00. Only cost is for dinner.
Day Trip - Saturday September 27, 8:30 am - 2:00 pm: Tour Park City tourist attractions and shopping areas including Olympic Park and Main Street, view canyons. Cost $51/person - CANCELLED
